Olamidotun Oluwagbohun
Lead, Faculty/Coaching Staff
He has been in the Information Technology space for over 2 decades across many industries in different capacities holding Managerial positions, IT Consultant, Project Manager, Scrum Master, Program Manager, Agile Coach and SAFE 5 Program Consultant (SPC).
Dotun, as he prefers to be called, has a strong desire and demonstrated ability to help individuals, businesses and organizations actualize their visions and succeed on their journey toward Digital and Agile Transformation.
He loves and has trained and coached thousands of individuals over the years and has consulted for many organizations with so much poise and unparalleled competence in providing solutions that translate dreams into reality.
He is a member in good standing with Project Management Institute, Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile, also an alumnus of Kanban University.
Samuel Ayodele Gbaluwe
Member, Faculty/Coaching Staff
Sam as fondly called by friends and colleagues is a SAFE Program Consultant (SPC), an Agile Evangelist, a Pragmatic Agile Coach, an enthusiastic mentor and trainer, a great facilitator, a champion for change, a strong believer in continuous and process improvement, and an avid individual, teams, and organizations transformational leader.
He has worked and trained teams and leaders in different organizations across the globe, especially in the IT, Digital and Content Strategy, Applications and Data Management, PMO and Business Operation, Oil and Gas, Retail, and Supply Chain.
His passion to inspire positive change with innovative, thought provoking, continuous improvement, and Agile mindset has really helped to transform every organization he has worked with.
Sam is a certified member of Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile.
Dr. Ane Jademi
Member, Faculty/Coaching Staff
Dr. Ane Jademi is an Agile Coach, Transformation Strategist, Change Agent, Trainer, Advisor, Public Speaker, passionate about leading change and continuous improvement.
Ane speaks at professional groups on topics related to Agile Software Development, Product Management, Testing and Organizational Leadership.
She is a SAFE Program Consultant and an active member of Agile, Scaled Agile and Scrum Alliance.
Lola Minta
Member, Faculty/Coaching Staff
Lola has 15 years of highly successful, impactful and inspiring professional experience across different domains under her belt.
She has worn so many hats in her career journey inclusive of IT Project Consultant, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance, Scrum Master, Trainer and Coach. She is passionate about helping organizations, teams, and individuals adopt agile practices and methods while embedding Agile values and mindsets.
The experiences acquired has brought her to the realization that helping organizations adopt Agile practices is less about the practices, and all about the desire and the commitment to change that brings about the actualization of the essence of the change.
She is one of the prestigious Agile Coaches with the SAFE 5 Program Consultant (SPC) badge, she is also a member of Scrum Alliance and Scaled Agile.
Ursula Njofri
Member, Faculty/Coaching Staff
Ursula Njofri is a certified SAFe Scrum Master who is passionate about coaching high performing teams.
She has a strong desire for personal and team growth while creating a safe space for collaboration.
Ursula is dedicated to coaching and mentoring individuals, teams, and organizations in the adoption of Agile. She is engaged in Agile transformation and Team maturity endeavors in large organizations within the financial, education, and healthcare sectors.

Emeka Owowo
Member, Faculty/Coaching Staff
Emeka Owowo is a Technical Writer, Scrum Master, and Certified SAFe Agilist with over 6+ years of experience leading distributed teams both onshore and offshore in Agile Software delivery.

He is a fantastic Scrum Master/Agile Coach with proven track record of his accomplishments. He has worked in different organizations across different continents amongst them are sightline, Allsafe IT, Barebones Network and Diamond Bank. Emeka successfully guided several Development teams in their transition from Waterfall to Agile.

Emeka is highly driven, passionate, supportive, adaptable, and holds excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Emeka enjoys spending time with family, exercise, and reading when he is not working.
